 DINAH HOLLIMAN, 58 XENIA, Ohio - Dinah Holliman, 58, of Xenia, Ohio departed this earthly life September 30, 2013, in Greene Memorial Hospital. She was born February 25, 1955, in Rockford; the daughter of Rufus ad Curleese Holliman. Dinah lived in Xenia 4 years after becoming ill. She was employed 10 years as a manager of The Taste Of Honey. Dinah was a member of Greater New Fellowship Church of God in Christ, serving as the church secretary. She graduated from Auburn High School, Class of 1973. Dinah leaves to cherish many loving memories, daughter, April Holliman; three sons, Eugene (Lisa Busby), Michael Terrell, and Rufus Holliman; 9 grandchildren; stepfather who raised her, Otis (Mary) Walker; three great-grandchildren; six sisters, Bonnie Holliman, Sheilah Holliman, Cassandra Holliman, LaShon (Donell Boles) Walker, Rosie (Michael) Moore, Turnia Holliman; brother, Supt. Curtis Walker; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by mother, Curleese Walker, father Rufus Holliman; brother, Richard Holliman, two sisters, Rogena Carey, and Lizzie Walker. Services will be held 12 noon, Saturday October 12, 2013, at St. Paul C.O.G.I.C., 1001 Bishop Washington Ave. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home, 2429 W. State Street. |
