Walter Michael Czosnek
Walter Michael Czosnek, Metairie, La., a former Rockford resident, died in his sleep Sunday, March 11, 1984, at his home. Born in Racine, Wis. Lived in Rockford 1950 to 1976 when he retired, then moved to New Orleans.
Teacher of commercial subjects at Roosevelt Junior High School 1950-1960, then head of business department at Auburn High School 1960-1976.
Army veteran of World War II. Graduated with B.S. Degree from Whitewater, Wis., University, and M.S. Degree from Sam Houston State University.
Survivors include his wife Juanita Starns Czosnek, Metairie; a daughter, Kathleen Czosnek Gaudry; and two grandchildren, Claire and Matthew Gaudrey, all of Metairie; and three sisters, Genevieve Belker, Mary and Wanda Weisbrod, all of Racine, Wis. Predeceased by two brothers, Stanley and John of Racine.
Services and burial were March 13 in Louisiana.
