Elsie M. Bishoff, 79
Lodi, Wis.-Elsie M. Bishoff, 79, Lodi, died Wednesday, Sept. 8, 1993, in a Madison, Wis. Hospital as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born Oct. 29, 1913, in Harcourt, Iowa, daughter of Carl and Karen Jensen.  Married Oscar Carl Bishoff; he predeceased her Nov. 16, 1990. 
Employed as English teacher in Rockford School District, including Auburn High School. 
Member Lodi United Methodist Church.  Very active in Friends of Lodi Library and International Crane Foundation. 
Survivors include: daughter, Barbara (John) Rank, Kalamazoo, Mich.; four sons, William (Leda), Wilmette; David (Jo), Stevens Point, Wis., James (Janice) and John (Pat), Rockford; sister, Marion (Jake) Jacobson, Sandy Point, Idaho; four brothers, A. Wesley (Pauline) Jensen, Winthrop Harbor, Wis., Harold Jensen, Ottawa, Wis., Stanley Jensen, Quincy, Wis., Oliver Jensen, Winterset, Iowa; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Memorial services at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12, in Lodi United Methodist Church, with the Revs. S. Stephen Foster and A. Wesley Jensen officiating.  Arrangements by Hamre Funeral Home, Lodi, Wis.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to Friends of the Lodi Library or International Crane Foundation.
